4. How many counselling sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number of sessions. Some people attend for a short period to work through a specific difficulty, while others benefit from longer-term support. We regularly review how therapy is feeling and tailor the process to your needs.

5. Do you offer online counselling?
Yes. Sessions are available face-to-face in Leeds and Otley, as well as online throughout the UK via secure video platforms. Telephone, email counselling and therapeutic letter writing are also available where appropriate.

6. How much do counselling sessions cost?
