Service Description
Face-to-face counselling with Liz in North Leeds, offering a compassionate and non-judgemental space to explore what you're experiencing at your own pace. Sessions can support you with anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, difficult emotions and experiences connected with ADHD, autism or being neurodivergent. We can work together to make sense of what is happening, understand what you need and explore ways forward that feel right for you. Before booking your first in-person session, please arrange a free introductory conversation with Liz. This gives us a chance to briefly talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions and make sure meeting in person feels appropriate before the full venue details are shared. Please note: In-person appointments are requested rather than automatically confirmed. Once you submit your preferred appointment, Liz will review your request and contact you to confirm the session. Full venue details will be provided once your appointment has been agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Session fees are £55 for a 50 minute session held virtually online, over the phone or via email and £65 for face to face sessions to cover the extra room charge. Supervision fees are £75 for a 1hr 30 minute session online and £85 face to face. Fees will remain the same for the duration of our work together wherever possible and 1 month notice given if changes are required to pricing. Please note your name will appear on the bank statement of the account mentioned but will be handled sensitively and with as much respect to your privacy as possible. Your session time will be confirmed when payment has been made which should be at least 48 hours before the start time of the session. No session will take place if payment has not been made and received before the agreed session time starts. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required by the person who has booked the session or the full amount of the session fee will be required to be paid in full as it will be difficult for us to fill that time slot at such short notice. Please get in touch around this if needed. In the unlikely event Liz or Rachel need to cancel a session, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible with payment for that session being carried over to the next agreed date.
